Elderly Are Real People
I am lobbying for the elderly. We are just like the rest of you only probably smarter and wiser. Don’t treat us condescendingly. We still know how to have fun and we were probably having fun before most of you were born. We know how to play games and probably can beat you at Scrabble or Trivial pursuit.
We have probably lived through 5 wars but our hair isn’t gray until we let it be! We know who Madonna and Bruce Springsteen are:And we know what the Macarena is ,and we know the Salsa is a dance and not a dip! So give us a break. We are just like you only better.
